2 options for TeleDermatology services
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Capital Dermatology will offer 2 types of remote consult with Dr Oyler.
Option 1:
Video chat via web browser (on most any device) which is a covered service by most major insurance carriers thru 6/30/2020. Note that copays and deductibles still apply for most insurers. Please call us at 919-307-9461 to make a Telederm appointment, you can make your copay/deposit payments over the phone. Also email us a photo of the areas of concern to info@capitalderm.com.
Option 2:
Dermatologist on call is a service Capital Dermatology has provided patients across North Carolina for over a year. You pay a $59 fee up front, submit your information, medical history, and pictures online. Dr Oyler will reply back usually within 1 business day. At the end of the session (or by contacting DermatologistOnCall), you can download a form to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
